Terms of Service

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Terms") is a binding legal agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and VRV Apps ("we", "us", or "our") for the PawCare AI mobile application. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Introduction

PawCare AI is an AI-powered pet health tracking application developed and operated by VRV Apps, accessible via the iOS App Store and Google Play Store. This agreement governs all use of our mobile application and related services.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on a mobile device that you own or control.

3. Subscription Terms

PawCare AI offers the following subscription options:

• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.
• Cancellation: Manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google account settings. You retain Premium access until the end of your billing period.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) per their respective policies.

4. User Restrictions

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, or commercially exploit the App
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Remove or obscure any proprietary notices of VRV Apps
• Use the App in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
• Use the App for any harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose

5. User Data & Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or store within PawCare AI, including pet profiles, health records, and photos. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of all content you add to the App. You grant VRV Apps a limited license to use your content solely to operate and provide the service.

6. Privacy Policy

Your use of PawCare AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services including Firebase (Google), OpenAI, and RevenueCat. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of third-party services.

8. Updates & Maintenance

We may provide App updates including bug fixes, patches, and new features at our sole discretion. Updates may modify or remove certain features or functionality. We have no obligation to provide any specific updates or to continue providing any particular feature.

9. AI Disclaimer

Important: The AI Symptom Checker and AI Coach features in PawCare AI are designed to provide general guidance and informational support only. They are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for your pet's medical concerns, especially in emergencies. VRV Apps makes no representation that AI-generated responses are medically accurate or complete.

10. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. You may terminate by deleting the App and requesting account deletion via Settings → Account → Delete Account or by emailing us. Upon termination, cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VRV APPS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF VRV APPS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via the app or email before changes take effect. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VRV Apps operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
