Check that notifications are enabled for PawCare AI in your phone's system Settings, and that reminders are switched on for that specific vaccine or medication inside the app. Reminders are calculated from the due dates you've entered, so double-check those are correct too.
Make sure you're signed in to PawCare AI with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to purchase. Then go to Settings → Restore Purchases. If you purchased with a different account than the one currently signed in, sign out, sign in with the purchasing account, and restore again.
The AI Coach needs both an active internet connection and an active Premium subscription. If you have both and it's still not responding, force-close and reopen the app. If the problem continues, let us know and we'll look into it.
Make sure PawCare AI has permission to access storage or the share sheet on your device, and that you're on the latest app version. Update from the App Store or Play Store if a newer version is available.
Confirm you're signed in with the same Google or Apple account on every device. Data syncs automatically through your account, so a mismatched sign-in is the most common cause.
Force-close and reopen the app first. If that doesn't fix it, check for a pending update in the App Store or Play Store, or try reinstalling - your data lives safely in the cloud and restores automatically when you sign back in.
